Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

The delivery charges for orders from our Online Shop can vary based on a variety of factors, including the shipping destination, order weight, and the involvement of Third-Party Transport Co. To obtain a reliable estimate of the delivery charges for your particular order, you can consider an approximate charge of 7.5% of your Order value.

How Do I Place an Order?

You can order easily using our online platform. When you find a product you need, you can add it to cart, login and go through the ordering process. After the order is ready, you will receive order summary to your email. Order summary will also be stored to your account

What exactly happens after ordering?

After placing your order, we process and prepare your items for shipment. You'll receive a confirmation email or you will get call from our executive for your order. When your order ready to transport you will get update regarding transport name, place of transport and invoice details and approximate transport Charge etc. Look forwards to receiving your products at your nearest branch of transport office and you will get call from transporter for pick your item.

How long will delivery take?

The delivery days shall be depending on the transportation. We never offer door-to-door delivery of our products to customers. It will be delivered to the nearest branch office of our transporter. Delivery shall be made a minimum of 45 business days from the time of purchase. However, depending on the billing address delivery in remote areas may take more than 15 business days. The delivery shall be made by a third-party logistics partner (3PL) we shall not be responsible for any delay in delivery of the Products. Our product’s price is excluding the delivery charge. Therefore, the buyer/customer has to pay the charge of a third-party logistic partner.

How Do I Track My Order?

You can inquire about the status of your order by calling us at +91 9974211144. Additionally, you can also reach out to the Third-Party Transport Co. using the LR Copy provided to you at the time of booking your item for transportation
